What are the shipping charges?

 

You will be charged the shipping rate to your address. This will depend on your country, the total weight of your order and the speed of delivery (Standard or Express/Speed Post). The shipping charges will be calculated once you select your delivery address on the checkout page. You will be required to pay customs charges (if any) when your order reaches your local customs office.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

COVID - 19 Advisory: Currently, restricted operations of some international flights have caused lags in updating the tracking numbers as well as the timely delivery of Standard Shipping parcels. Please opt for Priority Express International/Speed Post shipping method to avail timely tracking updates and faster delivery times.

1-4 weeks:  If your shipping address is in an area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or acts of God, the delivery time may increase by a few days.

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes! We deliver to most countries that you've heard of (and even some that you haven't). You will be billed for the delivery charges when placing an international order - all charges are displayed at the final step during checkout before you reach the payment step. Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, currently, we are shipping to limited countries. As and when flights become available, more countries will be added to the list! 

 

Will I have to pay a customs fee?

 

Maybe. Depends on your country's trade laws.

Customs fees are out of Popate's control and are paid to your government/customs department and not us.
