What is the quality of paper used for your fan art prints?


We use standard quality 280 GSM paper with a natural white ultra-smooth background, custom trimmed with a border for framing.

What kind of printing is used for your fan art prints?

We use high-quality screen printing for all our fan art prints.


What sizes are available for your fan art prints?

Our fan art Poster Prints are available in Mini (5.8" x 8.3), Small (8.3" x 11.7"), Medium (11.7" x 16.5"), Large (16.5" x 23.4"), and X - Large (23.4" x 33.1") sizes.

Our fan art Mini Framed Print is available in X-Small (3.9" x 5.1") size.

Our fan art Framed Prints are available in Mini (9.8" x 12.3"), Small (12.3"x 15.7"), and Medium (15.7" x 20.5").

Our fan art Large Framed Prints are available in Large (20.5" x 27.4") and X-Large (27.4" x 37.1") sizes.

What material and print technology is used for your Phone Cases?

For Hard Plastic: We use a hard shell polycarbonate case with high intensity print infusion technology. this prevents the design from fading and peeling. It offers a solid grip while simultaneously providing a smooth touch and feels to your case. The matte finish gives a classy finish to the design.

For Glass: We use toughened tempered glass protected with rubber for a better grip (anti-slip) to hold. Our tempered glass phone case gives your mobile an elegant look and also serves as protection for your mobile from regular scratches & bumps.

For Biodegradable: Made from PLA plant polymer and bamboo fibers, these slim and lightweight cases naturally biodegrade 160 days after disposal. They also support wireless charging for hassle-free battery charging on the go.

What are Phone Grips?

A Phone Grip is a grip/stand for your phone, your tablets, and e-readers for some additional comfort while reading, viewing, or browsing. Phone Grips are made to be sticky, and they are most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. Phone Grips will not stick to silicone, highly textured, and many soft cases on the market. The Phone Grip once fixed on the phone/phone case, should not be removed. Once removed, the Phone Grip may lose its adherence.

What materials are the personalized mouse pads made of?
Our mouse pads are made of rubber with a smooth surface fit for printing.

How many types of mouse pads are available?
There are two types of mouse pads available on Popate namely – standard mouse pads with 3 mm thickness and premium mouse pads with 6 mm thickness.

How can I clean my custom mouse pad?
We make quality mouse pads that are easy to maintain. You can use a soft damp cloth or sponge and wipe the mouse pad with warm water to get rid of any stains or dirt but don’t soak it.

What technique do you use for printing?
Our design process involves a dye-sublimation printing technique that involves a heat press to the mouse pad thereby making it long-lasting.

Is the print on the mouse pad waterproof?
Yes, it is water-resistant though care should be taken to avoid hard soap or bleach.

What kind of stickers do you offer?

You'll find matte and transparent stickers, which are the perfect way to add color and personality to your laptop, phone, water bottle, notebook, car bumpers, skateboards, windows, etc. They are kiss-cut and fully removable stickers with a 1/8 inch (3.2mm) white or transparent border around all designs. They are available in a variety of sizes and are super durable, and water-resistant!

Can the stickers get wet?

Stickers are water-resistant so they can be used on products that get wet occasionally such as water bottles, bumpers, cars, helmets, skateboards, windows, etc.

Can you wash these stickers?

We don’t suggest putting these stickers through the dishwasher as this can interfere with sticker adhesion. Please use a damp cloth or hand wash products with stickers, for maximum longevity.

Are vinyl stickers waterproof?

Vinyl stickers are water-resistant, not waterproof. All sticker styles: Matte and Transparent have the same level of water resistance.

Do stickers stay on hydro flasks and water bottles?

Stickers are a great way to personalize water bottles or Hydro flasks. They are made from a high-quality, durable non-tearable material that is tough so they’re suitable for drink bottles. You can choose from white or transparent stickers, in lots of different sizes, for all your decorating needs.

How durable are the stickers?

Matte and transparent stickers are super durable and long-lasting. They’re made from a removable scuff-resistant non-tearable material that makes them perfect to use on phone cases, laptops, journals, guitars, refrigerators, walls, computers, etc. The only real danger to your sticker designs is nail polish remover or bug spray.


Which sticker size is best for me?

Stickers are available in various sizes: small, medium, regular, large, and extra-large.

Do the stickers peel off?

Stickers are made from a tough non-tearable material that is designed to be long-lasting so they stay adhered to over time. However, when you’re ready, Matte and Transparent stickers are removable so you’ll find they are easy to peel off and won’t leave sticky residue behind.

What are the sticker care instructions?

For best results, apply your sticker to a clean, dry, and flat surface. Avoid harsh weather conditions (direct sunlight, rain, snow, etc.) to extend the life of your awesome sticker designs.


Can I avail of any discounts?

We have discounts and sales occasionally and we always post their details on our social media. We also offer exclusive secret sales, discounts, and first access to exclusive content to our newsletter subscribers. You can subscribe to Popate's mailing list by entering your email address on the home page. We also distribute coupons to our secret sales from time to time; you can redeem these coupons by entering the coupon code on the Shopping Cart page before checking out with your order.

Does Popate have gift cards?

Yes. eGift cards are available. 

How do I purchase my gift cards?

You can purchase the gift card here. Select an amount, enter the recipient's details, and pay. After completing checkout, you shall receive an email confirmation about the purchase.

How do gift card recipients get their cards?

The gift card recipient gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from (your name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email.

How do I redeem gift cards at checkout?

To redeem the card, add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout. During payment, select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code.

What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?
If the order total is worth more than the value of the gift card, you can pay for the remaining cost using the regular payment methods.

Can gift card holders check their balance?

Currently, it is not possible for recipients to check their gift card balance. You can try using the unique gift card code at the Checkout page to see how much value is remaining on the gift card.

What information does Popate store? 


We respect your privacy. The only information we collect is your name, email, contact number, and billing and shipping address. This information is only used for internal record-keeping and order delivery. We do not share it with any third party other than our courier/delivery partners. Popate does not store any credit or debit card or bank account information. All this information is handled by Paypal which is our certified, secure online payment gateway partner.

What are the Shipping Charges?

We charge shipping for international orders based on the country of the order. You may also be required to pay customs charges (if any) when your order reaches your local customs office for international orders.

How long will my order take to reach my doorstep?

Each Popate product is individually printed and assembled when you order it, so please allow 4 to 5 days to manufacture time for your custom product. To know more, check out our Delivery Information page.


While COVID-19 continues to have some impact on global shipping, you can reasonably expect your package to arrive at your doorstep in 3-4 weeks' time. 

It's been over 4 weeks but I have not received my order and the tracking hasn't been updated for a while. How do I locate my package?

If you are facing this issue, you've likely opted for Standard Shipping. If you haven't received your order after 3 weeks, here are a few things you can do:

1. No need to panic: In our experience, 9 times out of 10, your package has already reached your local post office. The Post Office has probably even attempted to deliver it to you but simply missed you when you were out running errands or at work. In such cases, your package will remain in your local Post Office, waiting for you to claim it for up to 14 days. After 14 days, the package will return back to us.

2. Locate and contact your local post office: You can look this up on Google. Usually, Post Offices in almost every country have a Customer Care helpline. Some even provide email assistance. Make sure you have your tracking number handy when you contact the post office. When your order ships, Popate sends you a shipping confirmation email. The tracking number for your package is usually in this email.

3. Contact Popate via email here.

It's been over 4 weeks, I have not received my order. Can I get a reshipment or a refund?

If your order is lost in transit or returned to us due to the unavailability of the consignee, you can choose to have the order reshipped or request a refund (minus the shipping fees and manufacturing fees). Once we have shipped twice, we are unable to reship for a third time or offer a refund. :(



What is the Popate Return Policy?


If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 30 days of the delivery. We will either issue a refund, replace it with another product of the same value, or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a coupon. International shipping charges and manufacturing charges are non-refundable. To know more, check out our Return Policy page.

Framed Prints: Please note that our Framed Prints, whilst sturdy, are still fragile and should be handled with care. Regular cleaning and protection from moisture are highly recommended.

Please note that all products on Popate are Made to Order, which means that they are manufactured as and when an order is placed. If your order has been manufactured and shipped, the charges for the same are non-refundable. However, we always strive to make sure that you're happy with your purchase.
