At Popate, we strive to provide you with high quality products. However, if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, please fill out this form so we can process your return request.

 

Please read our Return Policy before returning any products to us. Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How do I send the product back?

 

You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.

 

Can Popate arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?


No, we do not offer this service at the moment.

 

Will I have to pay for returning the products?

 

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with a coupon worth the same value as your original order once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. This coupon can be used on any future purchase of Popate fan art prints. International shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

I have received a damaged product. How do I proceed?


Write to us at vikrant@popate.com. We will reship the damaged product to you. No additional charge. Please note that no refund request will be entertained once you opt for reshipment for a damaged item.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out?

 

You can cancel your order or change your address within 2 hours after you have placed it. 

If you want to cancel your order, please fill out this form and we will guide you through the process.

 

Can I get a refund for my order if I cancel it?

 

Yes, we can refund your payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Can I get a refund for my order once my order has been shipped?

​

We are unable to cancel the delivery of your package once it has been shipped from our end. Hence, we cannot furnish your refund request until the package is returned back to us. If you still wish to cancel your order, reject the delivery once the package reaches you. Once the package returns back to us, we will email you, at which point you can opt for a refund.

Please note that all products on Popate are Made to Order, which means that they are manufactured as and when an order is placed. If your order has been manufactured and shipped, the charges for the same are non-refundable.
